Cancellation Policy
A cancellation/no-show fee of up to 1/2 the service price will be required (deposit forfeited) in the event 24hr notice is not given before cancelling. In the event I can fill the spot your fee is waived, however it is almost impossible to fill a cancellation once the work day begins.
LATE ARRIVALS:
are responsible for the full cost of service reserved
GIFT CARDS:
are transferable,forfeit upon No-Show Status unless the cancellation/no-show fee is paid
PACKAGES: are non-transferable w/o an upgrade charge, forfeit w/o 24 hr notice unless the cancellation/no-show fee is paid, adhere to expiration dates (3 or 7 months)
